We draft wills, contracts of inheritance, powers of attorney for health care, advance health care directives and arrangements on inter vivos transfers of property. One focus of our work in this field is business succession planning, including all the family law and company law implications.

After accrual of an inheritance we advise our clients on disputes between co-heirs and on estate management or insolvency and the execution of the will and in cases with international aspects. We enforce distributive and obligatory shares of the estate and claims to be entitled to discovery in and out of court. We can also be named as executor or as administrator of the estate.
